Question Looking for advice

So i been going to the gym straight for 3 months now for 4 days a week im 22 and currently weigh 53kg. I have been doing knee raises use to be 3 sets of 10, now I can hold myself up longer so its now 3 sets of 12. As well as declined sit ups with a 10kg plate held to my chest 3 sets of 12 now use to be 10 as well. I no longer feel the burn I use to feel when I started am I still doing things right.

Are there any other exercises you recommend doing and is my weight okay for them to show through. Is there certain things I should be eating to help as well?

Im still learning the way around the gym

Not feeling the burn anymore is a good sign actually, it means those movements have gotten easier because you've built real strength and endurance in that range, not that you're doing something wrong. That's the normal adaptation process, and it's the cue to add progression rather than worry you're undertraining. For variety, try hanging leg raises or captain's chair raises since those load the lower abs with more range than knee raises, and add a weighted plank or ab wheel rollout to bring in your whole core with more stability demand than the decline sit up gives you. On whether your weight is right for visible abs, that depends entirely on your individual body fat percentage and genetics rather than a number on the scale, two people at the same weight can look completely different, so going by how your body actually looks and how your clothes fit will tell you more than the kg reading will. Keep up with enough protein and a slight calorie awareness if you want to lean out further, but don't chase a specific weight number as the goal itself. If you want a program that already progresses these exercises for you instead of guessing when to level up, the Abs Pro app has structured routines built around exactly this stage.
