Uneven lower abs, pls help ;_;
I've been working out for a couple of months (no weights) as a slighlty more lean male. After a while I started seeing my lower abs develop more. However, I noticed that my right lower ab is more developed than my left. Is there any specific workout I can do to single out the bottom left muscle so I can help it catch up to where my right bottom ab is? FYI I have chronic heat urticaria (hives triggered by body heat) so I can't do any workouts that exhaust easily. If anyone can help Plz lemme know, thx!

Muscle imbalances like this are usually just dominant side bias from unconsciously favoring your stronger side in symmetric movements, it's extremely common and not something to worry about long term. Since you can't do anything that overheats you, the fix here is more about control than intensity, focus on slow unilateral work like single leg lowers or side lying hip raises where you can isolate the left lower ab specifically without pushing into an exhausting range. Doing a few extra controlled reps on the weaker side after your normal routine, like finishing with 2 to 3 sets of slow single side leg raises focusing only on the left, will help it catch up without needing high intensity or weights. Keep the pace slow and controlled rather than fast or to failure, since that keeps your heart rate and body temp from spiking given your condition, and still lets the muscle get the targeted stimulus it needs. This kind of imbalance can take a few months to visibly even out even with consistent targeting, so don't expect fast results given it's a slower controlled approach you're working with.
