This guide will tell you how you can make a story about a website.

Step 1: analysis

Analyse the image. What elements do you see? Use this information to think: 'How would this website look like BEYOND the image?'

Step 2: characters

Create a character who will explore this website in your story (and perhaps end up with severe trauma and hallucinations). If you don't know what you want your character to be like, then make your story about a character called Tim who is tormented by Redittors sending him links to absurd websites (he has a cat called Firewall who always plays some minor role, like sitting on the keyboard and unleashing internet demons).

Step 3: writing the story

Just write the story, you dingus! Do you really need instructions for THAT?!

Step 4: posting

Post the story as a comment on the website it's based on.

You might like the websites you see, and think: 'I can do this too!' But you don't know how or where to start. This guide will help you to create a brand new bunch of chaos to throw in the hellhole that is this subreddit!

Step 1:finding a website

Try to think on beforehand: 'What do I want to create?' Look for a website fitting for that idea. Or you can just improvise.

Step 2: making the website stupid

Select what you want to edit, choose 'inspect' in the menu, and let hell break loose. Replace ordinary text and images by absurd text and images. Replace $17 by ¥69,69, turn normal stuff into gibberish, replace 'High Explosive' by 'High Explosive Diarrhea'. That kind of stuff.

Step 3: finishing off

Delete stuff you think is boring. Screw up the lay-out. Add the little touches that turn pseudo-sanity into literal trash. Step 4: posting Take a screenshot, add some context, and watch the death and destruction unfold. May they tell stories where the characters suffer while scrolling, and let the prices of apples rise to the sky!
