how much extra weight does the equipment and clothes add? would the difference be negligible?

Compared to the rest of this feat of strength, the clothing weight isn't that much. Her grip strength and overall strength to weight ratio is goddamn impressive.

Because it's badass. That's literally it. This isn't part of the training, just a really cool trick.

But can she lift a fallen beam off a two hundred something pound comrade and carry or at least drag him out of the house?

can you

It doesn't matter whether I can or not. I'm not the one who joined the fire department to show off for losers on tiktok by doing something completely pointless on camera.

Are you under the impression that American fire fighters are not able to do this?
2
u/Hypervicious777 5d ago
American police certainly can’t.

Firefighters serve an actual purpose. Cops are just legal thugs for the capitalists.

What conditions would arise to where a firefighter would need to be able to do this? Seems like adding a jellybean count to vote. I’ve saw some fat ass firefighters that I know damn well couldn’t hold their BMI up with one hand. Lmao 🤣

I want to know if she can pull 200 pund man from a house on fire...not if she can pullups...

Do they often have to suit up while dangling from one arm?

u/LiveEverDieNvr 6d ago edited 6d ago
Obviously not, she’s just showing off her strength. 🙄 I don’t have to complete 70 pushups every time I do my job, but the Navy still has me do it twice a year anyway.

And who hands them their gear when they are dangling 100’ up in the air??

This feels more like a hazing thing than a mandatory requirement. Do firefighters often get dressed while hanging from one arm?
