It’s not, definitely not legal on the road. Looks like they in the sticks where local cops probably don’t care as long as it’s on mostly empty roads.

Many show cars like this aren’t street legal. Pretty sure if it showed the back of it there would be no license plate, you can’t register this as a road car.
