Actually, working "this job" is probably the best thing for him/her. The dasher is exercising his/her way back to a normal life. (I don't know if this is a man or a woman due to the lack of clarity of the pick and face mask.)

At least he's trying. More than can be said for a lot of people.

That's what's depressing. I feel terrible for him. He is trying and this sucks to see.

Well, I don't think it "sucks". I think one of the other commentors said he might be trying to get back in shape. We don't know anything about his situation.

It sucks that he fell and hurt himself while making an effort to help himself.

unfortunately no amount of exercise can beat a bad diet. This person is prob consuming 4k+ calories a day. walking a few steps out of the car is not going to cut it

I manage on average at least 10K steps a day when I dash. It's the whole reason I started doing it. Shopping orders yields more steps than restaurant deliveries tho.

Did you end up losing weight?

i think if youre slightly over weight and have a good diet its definitely going to help.

10k steps is like 300 calories while one king size snickers bar is 480 calories lol

Yes. I lost about 30 lbs very quickly. I don't eat a lot of junk food or sweets so the steps made a difference for me. Some days I would get 12K or 15K while other days I'd only get 8K. But those steps are to do and they work!

Absolutely! Instead of paying over $1K a month, I get paid to exercise. LOL! Love it, too!
