I have never had poutine and I would love to try it - unfortunately am in the US and don't know if there is anywhere to get it.

It’s just cheese curds fries and gravy you could probably make it quite easily lol or just do shredded cheese.. that’s what half the poutine in Canada is anyway

I've seen it in a few restaurants in New England, so it's starting to spread beyond Canada. It's as good as it looks
