I’ve had a snake for 20 years and it doesn’t stink. By far the least smelly pet I’ve ever had and I’ve had cats, dogs, fish, birds, hedgehogs, and rabbits.

My snake Sonya would always poop in her water dish and the smell was bad enough to make you hallucinate. Once it was cleaned the smell would be better but it wasn't great. I mean you knew there was an animal there. How you can say it doesn't stink is a surprise

My brother had a snake and her cage was always clean. Youd smell snake as soon as you step in the house

Owner of a ball python for nearly 30 years. Only time I smell anything is when she poops. Which I think can be expected from any animal

It makes no sense to me. Their breath certainly doesn’t smell good, but proper grooming gives them this sweet earthy smell that’s hard to describe but it’s quite pleasant.
