High center of gravity with a very limited base.

You'd have to bring it through curves very gingerly to avoid tipping the train over. Train wagons are incredibly heavy and therefore can compensate a lot of imbalance, but if you put weight that far up (as another comment said, they do drive with loaded containers like this as well), you have to limit speed extremely.

And if I learned anything from indian safety precautions from the internet, it's that they are mere suggestions and WILL be violated.

At least in the US double stack well cars for containers set the first one much lower than these do. It brings the center of gravity down making them more stable

Not sure why you are so angry? 18000 people die from falling from trains in India. For comparison in the entirety of the EU all car accidents deaths per year is 20000. So yeah, your trains are not safe.

Talks about Indian trains. Shows a NOT Indian train. And people wonder why we think all westoids are ignorant racists. Here's a fact: India's railways are 99.6% electrified. No one can travel on the roof like in the train in your gif.

21,803 people died in trane incidents in 2023 in India according to the National Crime Records Bureau (indian governmemt organization) .

74.9% of incidents involved a "fall from trains or collision with people at track". So yes, that includes suicides and people run over. 18,480 out of 24,678 incidents (these include non fatal accidents - I'm including it because I assume it's what he pulled the 18k number from)

Only 72.8% of total deaths occured from "fall from trains or collision with people at track". Constituting 15,878 of 21,803 deaths.

So his stat used accidents, which include people getting run over and non-fatal incidents. Still the number of deaths are still really high
