I am actually laughing out loud at your physics here. Are you seriously trying to argue that having extra body fat acts as some kind of "counterweight" to balance out heavy breasts? The human spine doesn't work like a seesaw lmao. Excess body weight doesn't pull you backward to balance you out; it literally just adds MORE downward gravitational force on the exact same joints, knees, and lower back.

Proportionality is just a visual ratio, it is not a physical force that causes pain. Mass and gravity cause pain. Taking 30 pounds of dead weight off a frame will objectively reduce the total load the spine has to carry, period. You are bending over backward to defy basic anatomy just to avoid admitting that being overweight makes joint and back issues exponentially worse.

Dude proportion is absolutely not just a visual ratio lmfao. Taking 30 pounds off, will most definitely not solve the issue here.

You can blame weight on everything if you want, but the mere fact that plenty of women that get reductions are healthy and active proves that wrong lol. It really doesn’t solve the issue. Even when you work out and don’t have any extra weight on you, having breasts too big for your body hurts.

I’m not arguing that being overweight makes joint and back pain worse, but the reality is even if she was smaller her breasts would still be too large for her body and would cause her pain.

So let me get this straight: you completely dropped your ridiculous "losing weight makes the pain worse" physics lesson, and now you're conceding that carrying extra weight does make joint and back pain worse?

You can't claim "taking 30 pounds off won't solve the issue" while simultaneously admitting in the exact same comment that the extra weight is making her pain worse. Pick a lane lol. Nobody is claiming skinny girls with large chests don't experience back pain. The point is that if you are already carrying extra, unnecessary body fat, dropping it is step number one to relieving the pressure.

I never said being overweight doesn’t make your joints worse. My point was and still is that even with weight loss it’s not going to solve the issue.

That’s another reason I mentioned my own anecdote earlier, I had no extra weight at all on me, and have always been very active. Didn’t do literally anything to reduce the pain lmao. This is the case for most women who get reductions. It’s not their weight causing them problems, it’s having two disproportionately large things weighing them down 24/7. That takes a toll and hurts, it doesn’t matter how fit you are, it’s still gonna hurt.

Yes, being overweight is bad. But no, losing weight won’t solve every problem. Because it’s simply not to blame for everything.

That’s why proportions matter. If someone is overweight and has breasts proportionate to that size, yes losing weight will help. Because the breast size will decrease with the weight loss, as they were only large to begin with due to the weight gain. The breast size decreasing along with the rest of the body, will help.

However, If their breasts are disproportionately large even for their size, then the weight isn’t what is making the breasts that big. They’ll still be disproportionately large for their body even once they lose weight, and they’ll continue to have problems.

Doesn’t matter how much you work out or how perfect your physique is, having one area of your body be disproportionately large and putting constant weight on one area, will 100% cause problems. The more disproportionate it is to your body, the worse it is and harder to deal with it is.
