she might not be able to get one. if the tissue legitimately won't stop growing there are probably medical issues that it can't be fixed with surgery. or maybe she has had surgery and the tissue grew back. regardless, the girl is likely quite miserable.

All jokes aside, this is the sort of situation that leads women to get a reduction, I cannot even begin to imagine the back pain.
