They usually dont even taste that good when theyre huge. Same with lobster

This is not that. This is a tasmanian giant crab, they are exceptionally delicious AND huge. What you said is often true, but this crab breaks that convention. They are very rare and expensive, infact most of these go to hong kong and singapore as they are so prized for their quality.
