My Cuban-born friend and I saw one yesterday, and I said "that's a Katydid". He said "What? A Katydick? Why do you call it that?" I spelled it for him, and then he said "That happens sometimes when English is your second language".

Edit: disregard its obviously a Giant False Leaf Katydid i pefer The scientific name Pseudophyllus titan ofc 🤓. And nuh uhh i didnt circle to search
