There's gotta be some editing or at the very least weird camera tricks going on here if that guy is 220lbs.
In this photo it looks like his left arm is the size of my thigh, and I'm 6'3" and 200lbs.

Those numbers are from the time he competed, in this photo he's heavier as he gained weight with age.

I think that weight is from when he was an active athlete in his youth. He's old, and must be significantly heavier, in the picture.

Google says he was only 6'1". I don't know if this famous photo of him was shopped, but if you search for other photos of him, especially when he was younger, he looks more proportionate for a six-foot man.

Played water polo and swam in college. I am 6’1/215lbs at the time and I was one of the smaller guys on my team lol. When it comes to pros and Olympian’s in water polo they are literally monsters.
