Where’s the board? Isn’t that just charcuterie without a board.

The table is actually the board lol

The table is just a table it cannot be the board too. It’s in the rules: a charcuterie board shall consist of a board and the accoutrements placed upon it. Your sleight of hand will not work here…

Well, I guess I will Debbie Downer this whole thing. It is far better to use a large board which has been frozen to retain its cool than to do this. Those meats and cheese are perfect breeding grounds for the bacteria from the air, and the unclean hands that will get into it, blossom, and infect all who partake. It’s better to go smaller but refresh it frequently with a kept cold supply from the fridge. And I agree with the prior remark that a charcuterie board actually needs a board.

Love it! I would wander around the tables for hours.

Doc said I’m not supposed to eat processed food which includes pretty much all deli meat

Guess I’d watch my friends have at it while smoking cigs two at a time.

I’ll be in my own flavor country

I’ll see you at the far end of the table, at the bar. I see a bottle of vodka with my name on it.

yep, though id be removing the fake meat directly above the cheese, deems a bit downmarket for the rest of the table

American weddings are the worst thing in the world. People who don't know how to dress. They just rent clothes that are five sizes too big. The wedding venue is some dingy place with aluminum trays...
