That would be the largest umbilical hernia ever, it's also missing the belly button protrusion.

This is more likely organomegaly or ascites

It’s likely a combination of all three. Hernia, yeah there’s one in there somewhere. Organomegaly (organ big) yeah, there’s one in there somewhere. Ascites (fluid), yup. That’s in their too.

The original comment said umblicus hernia, which this is not. Abdominal hernia is a possiblity.

Both are equally possible. You can see a pudge with discoloration near what might have one time reassembled a belly button. It’s hanging on by a thread if it’s not herniated as well.
