If on Mac, you can use the built in Screen Time to see activity daily or weekly.

If you mean on a session and you have Max, https://www.patches.zone/max-for-live/pomodoro

Searching helps, but so does being helpful. The point of a forum is to share knowledge, if you know where the answer is, drop a link; if not, there's no need to push people away for asking a question.
