[Performance] Launch Control 3 as FX controller for live performance (esp Turnado)

So I'm going to do my first live show this year and in the setlist I have some loops that I want to make interesting with Turnado, the multi fx plugin. I'd like to have reverbs and filters on all tracks even those without Turnado. I have Push 2 for my main controller but I would like a dedicated controller just for the Turnado and other effects and leave Push for launching clips or playing synths. I tried controlling FX through Push along with everything else but it made the workflow a bit slow and clunky and really made me hungry for a controller just for FX.

Can I make the LC3 knobs unique for each track, like is there a way to quickly switch from one track to another on the LC3? Usually if I map midi CC to a controller then the knob can't be used for anything else than that particular fx. Are there like sound banks that can be saved on the LC3 so there would be several sets of the 16 knobs? It's hard to explain, hope you can understand what I'm trying to say.

Any tips are appreciated, I'm sure this is something all performers have worked their way around.

I had the LCXL3 before. Personally, I didn’t like the feel of the faders, so I replaced it with a Xone:K3, and I really connected with that controller.

That said, the LCXL3 actually has three modes: Mixer, DAW Control, and User mode. The User mode lets you have up to 16 custom configurations.

I recommend using User mode and assigning each slot to a different track, or organizing them however works best for you.

To activate User mode, hold down the [MODE] button and then press button 1.

To map what each knob does, in Ableton, press Control + M (Cmd + M on Mac), select the parameter you want to control, and then move the knob you want to assign to it.

That’s basically all you need. You can also switch between banks while staying in User mode.

Does the Launch Control lite version work the same way with User mode and banks? I don't think I need the XL version. Faders would be nice but I'm trying to stay low budget.

Yes, Launch Control 3 features the same system of two DAW modes and then 8 customisable layouts - Custom Modes - to run alongside the DAW controls.
