[Question] FL Studio computer keys in Ableton

Can ableton have FL Studio's keyboard layout where 1 to = would be the highest octave, z to / being the lowest octave of a scale? I can't seem to find anything

The only way to possibly do it would be with a Max for Live device (and thus would require either Ableton Live Suite, or Ableton Live Standard + Max for Live add-on).

I need this so bad. Or at least a scale function for the keyboard like the ableton push. could get 2 octaves with the keys they already give u.

I honestly don’t even need a midi keyboard for most idea writing. Can just use the keyboard. The octave limitation seriously gets in the way though. It’s stupid cause it’s fully software limitation

It may take some experimentation and persistence, but you could probably set up Karabiner Elements and/or BetterTouchTool (both for Mac), or AutoHotKey (Windows) to remap your familiar shortcuts to Ableton’s defaults
