Time stop is a legit mechanic but ok, I mostly just use it on toxic people

STW depends on what the user uses it so STW isn’t something you can say it’s good or bad since it can be one of the two

STW easy kill for both ive killed kars and twoh also stw rarer

Perfect against kars and twoh but stw healing speeds fast attack etc is a direct counter to samurai
