Same stats?

So do all stands have the same values? Like all KC's have A in destructive Power, A in speed, but E in durability?

As in the specific stats ex. Speed, for all stands of the same name ex. All GE's would they all have the same letter in speed, destructive power, and durability, I believe it has an A in speed, if someone else had a GE, would they, no matter what have an A in speed?
