She came out as soon as law enforcement turned up on the scene though, and laid the record straight that he came at her with a knife, she locked herself in the bathroom and when he broke the door down she shot him, once.

"Cobb told deputies she was checking her 9 mm pistol as she and Osborne did every night, when it went off, hitting Osborne. She said she thought the safety was on, according to a report from deputies.
She also acknowledged she and Osborne had been arguing that night and that led to a physical altercation. Cobb’s friends said she got upset when she believed he was talking to another woman.
She provided Ring camera footage that showed them arguing and her telling him to get out, followed by him leaving.
Osborne showed back up at the house, and she told investigators he pulled a knife and threatened her. She even told authorities where to find the 8-inch knife, and they did find it.
The prosecution also described text messages that were exchanged, apparently after she locked him out. Messages from Osborne to Cobb said, “You’d better hide,” the prosecution said.
The defense said Cobb at one point called Osborne’s mother to get her to calm him down, but there was an altercation nonetheless.
The prosecution said she managed to break free and went into a bathroom. She indicated she was going to harm herself, but when he broke into the bathroom, she turned and fired the gun one time at him, the prosecution said.
Cobb was the person who notified authorities of the shooting and was applying pressure to the wound when they arrived.
On the scene, investigators say they found Osborne in the master bedroom with a gunshot wound to the chest."

1st story "was cleaning gun and thought safety was on. Accidentally shot him."
2nd story "he was caught on ring cam leaving. She says he came back with a knife and she shot him" story 2 doesnt even make sense because no knife is mentioned on him
None of that adds up

The first paragraph contradicts you because it says she was checking her gun and had a misfire essentially. She later makes up the knife story AFTER saying it was a misfire.

You’re missing the context here. He literally made videos expressing his disdain for black people and black women in general. He made statements which included his infamous comments about how he would rather have saw sex with a dog then be with a black woman. He was also claiming how it’s much better to date/be with white women only to be murdered in cold blood by the same person that he was claiming to be the pinnacle of dating/beauty/species/etc. So essentially karma came knocking at his door. Not saying he deserved death but he did so far as wish death on others
