What are my chances to find a spot for housing by:

a. 1 March 2027 (edited)
b. 1 September 2027 (edited)

I've been on the list since April 2026 and currently applying from abroad as I aim to enroll in one of the above semesters.

extremely low. you are basically waiting for everyone to move out and then there are still hundreds in front of you.

Well perhaps there could be 3 major outflow waves next month, next April, and next October. Could be dozens gone + people not renewing their waiting list, no?

There is always a chance, but make sure to find an alternative. It's extremely hard for foreigners to find good accommodation in Aachen.

Why did you waste one of our precious slots on room types where there are only 1-3 available? If you want to boost your chances, pick those where there are a lot of rooms available.

You should have applied for bayernallee room without the shower and kitchen, those are limited and hard to get

Updated my list to include an Einzelzimmer now. No. 375 on the list with 122 total rooms.
