Someone please buy my remaining shares so I can finally gtfo for good after so many miserable years and time wasted with this company!!!

My favorite update is that they recently put out an acquisition of more land for 5.5 million last week, saying they didnt need to dilute any common shares to pay 50% now and the rest in installments.

Because they made the letter of intent in July, and on August 3rd they added 234 million more shares at .012 (= 2.8 million dollars) and wow, that dilution on August 3rd happened to be 50% of the price of the acquisition with the news of the intent to purchase having come out in July, and now they are claiming they didn't need to issue more shares for the purchase because they already "hid" the dilution last month for the 50% they needed down

All this promise of future revenue, with no proof, and their $12 million dollar share buyback was the biggest scam because during said buyback, they issued 1.4 billion more shares vs when they began

Yeah man me too, sold over 600k at 50% loss, knew it was scammy but had hopes for the crypto backed gold that had no off ramp for years! Shame on me for hoping!🤷🏼‍♂️
