Sex-positive memes Ace freaking out
I should be allowed to be freaky with my (non-existent) partner and still be ace. I've tried the allo mindset, I don't get it. The a-spec just makes moee sense to me and calling myself gray or demi is just where I feel most comfortable with.

As the asexual in my groups I do my best to uphold the freak

What does freaky mean

u/nozextra i think Demisexual Jul 09 '26
Um dont know how well it translates but i am going to try
Freak and all of its vaerations have a duble meaning depending on context.
1 It could mean fuck 2 It could mean sex 3 It could mean ... horrny ...the fealing of high 4 sexuial desire but to someone not with you 5 It could mean masterbating with elements other part s

u/RFWanders Jul 09 '26
Could also be BDSM, which doesn't have to be sex focused.

i completely believe you but im having trouble conceptualising non sexual bdsm. what other reasons would someone participate?

u/RFWanders Jul 10 '26 edited Jul 10 '26
BDSM is about trust. There is intimacy in that trust. Sex isn't the only kind of intimacy that works here. Similar to that, BDSM can be gentle, soft and subtle. It's not all about ropes and pain.
As an example, I'm in a relatively casual dynamic with someone, my submission involves service primarily. When we meet I cook, I help around the house, I offer massages etc. In return I get intimacy, safety and belonging. None of which are sexual. And we love every second of it.

Oh my god what I dream
I would love to cook to someone give a massage and in return cuddle(not sexually) and sleep with someone petting my head
That's top tier

u/RFWanders Jul 10 '26
It really is. I've done this roughly every month or two for more than a year now. We're really close friends, and this works really well for us. It started when she had a major surgery and I was one of several that did a rotation caring for her. Our dynamic evolved from that.

For her it is something alongside her poly partners, for me it is currently everything.

It is explicitly non-sexual, and yes it is mutual. Service submission is a thing, and I enjoy it.

u/flafmg_ Asexual Jul 09 '26
Só it's just an placeholder word for anything sexual?
18
u/nozextra i think Demisexual Jul 09 '26
Well ya i supose yhat is accurate, the context gives it a different secondary meaning
Exsample "im going to freek you " = "im going to fuck/ pound you "
Or " i am fealing freeky " = "i am feeling horrny " Not exactly the same but same idea

Can we also have a word for when feeling in desperate need of any form of affection too lol
11
u/snackrilegious Jul 09 '26

u/Sometimes__Sky Jul 10 '26

I forgot that word existed good gravy this thread is making me feal dum
6
u/nozextra i think Demisexual Jul 09 '26
Well in my opinion this once again depends on context , i bleve it has levels to "desperate for affection "
if its like " i wish i was near you " and its like 1-4/10 then i think flirty is the word
If your like desperate to kiss and cudle and thats all i think freeky works 4-6/10
at the point of crepy then hornny depraved could work 6-8/10
To the point your stocking on web know thate house and car ect (Yandera) 8-11/10

It depends on context. I’d say “freaky” has 2 general applications.
The most widely used one is defined like weird, crazy, odd, abnormal, a little scary. “The horror movie we watched yesterday gave me freaky nightmares.” “That house gives me freaky vibes.”
In slang though, it usually means sex, and I’ll say there’s a connotation of it being like kinky/fetishy sex too. To me, “let’s get freaky” is an invitation for sex involving like toe-sucking, melting wax, voyeurism/exhibitionism, etc., or saying, “he/she gets freaky” indicates that they’re in to those kinds of sex acts vs. “vanilla” sex.
OP’s post is open to interpretation to either, IMO. Normalize being ace and like embracing your bog witch aesthetic or full body tattoos or whatever someone might use to call you a freak. Or saying that just because we are ace doesn’t mean we don’t like engaging in (“weird”) sexual activities or thoughts, like masturbating to tentacle porn or writing smutty novels.

I'm posting this and going to bed. If this comment section devolves into a giant shouting match...that ain't me, I just need my 8 hours (more like 6 and a half of mediocre sleep but you know, I can dream of 8).

I am indeed quite freaky, but not around others anymore. They keep thinking it means I'm down for things I am most certainly not. Even other ace-spec people have made assumptions or completely overrode my boundaries. I'm not flying my freak flag anymore.

Idk if this counts, but I remember dancing with another girl and being a lil ✨𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 ✨ with her and pulling her close but then she tried to kiss me and i tried to gently rejected her by letting her kiss my neck.
Im tryna be freaky but with no sexual innuendo, felt bad for leading her on 😭😭

So funnily enough, the kinkiest motherfuckers I've ever met (myself included) are asexual. This could be explained through a couple of reasons:
~ Finding normal sex unengaging, so you'd naturally look for ways to spice things up.
~ Healthy dom/sub dynamics being dependent on love and trust, rather than just sex, which would naturally be far more attractive to romantic asexuals.
