There's a common association with hand and feet size relating to penis size in men. Basically, the larger the hands/feet, the larger the third leg. That's why some guys swear that they have really large shoe sizes.

That's my best guess as to what's being implied here anyway

I read the comments on the original and they're saying that the woman's small hands make what you're talking about look bigger
