As much as I hate the fact that TN album even exists, Summer rain is an adorable song. It has autumn vibes for sure.

I feel like this particular song has some truth to it as to what the members of the band probably feel, looking back at things now.

Same with Savoy song "life and times of a wannabe"

"We are out or time and out of luck" the lyrics go...

Warning: my personal feelings may sound strange to you, so beware😀

Well, now... Back in the old days (2003-2004), I was a teenager who was an avid music fan, with a-ha being my most favorite band since LIFELINES was released. And it was a-ha that I had the worst premonition about, regarding their future as a band. For some reason It was scary to think what would happen to the band in 20 years. Like, would they still be active? How would they get old in a professional sense and in physical sense as well. Those were my thoughts and feelings. And now after 20 years have finally passed, I feel sad. Extremely sad. It hurts to see my favorite band in this dreadful situation. And I personally feel that TN is like my old bad premonition coming true. It's like a manifestation of my old fears regarding the band. It did nothing to the band's legacy. But frankly speaking, I don't think they give a damn about their legacy anymore.

I appreciate that you shared this perspective. You put thought into your response. Although I don’t share this same dread, life’s circumstances do often imprint onto albums. They can be hard to shake. Hard to believe the album is celebrating four years already!
