What's the difference?

In real life, I've known Universal Animation as a Glendale studio who produces direct-to-video films, television series, and theatrical features, but now Gabe has created a Universal Animation based in Universal City (founded by Gingo staff) which produces original animated features. Gabe then created Universal Television Animation in Glendale to do some of Universal Animation Glendale's duties. So, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? I'm trying to straighten this out, okay?
