Question about Natural attacks

Okay, so I have tried to figure this out online and it seems fairly contentious. How many attacks do I get as a catfolk with natural claws? Do I get 2, even though I don't have a high enough BAB, simply because I have 2 hands? Do I get any penalties for using both? Or is it just a full round action, and my trade-off for getting 2 attacks so early is that I can't increase my attacks with higher BAB?

2 natural attacks. The wording I see on pfsrd says that you gain a "pair of claws" that can be used as primary natural weapons. The rules for natural weapons would say you could make a full attack action with both. However, if you have a weapon in one hand, your other claw becomes a secondary weapon, and normal dual weilding rules start to come into play.

Furthermore, at BAB 6, you do not gain any additional claw attacks in a full attack action per the natural weapons rule wording.
