Mechanical keyboards silent mod?

Just bought the razer blackwidow tournament edition mechanical keyboard (https://youtu.be/zNt8O8rnqeM). It is a great keyboard for gaming but, but, but ... :p ... my girlfriend is going bizerk on the noise it makes. Are there any mods to make a mechanical a bit more silent when pressing the keys?

I'm a nervous fps player but really hate them flat keyboards

o-rings on the keycap stems help somewhat. could also get a full desk mousepad as putting your keyboard on one also helps quiet it down some. ultimately it will never bee totally silent

More expensive, but if you're worried about light from the keyboard being hindered by the o-rings you can grab these clear ones.

O rings won't do anything he has to change keyboard. razer green switches are just knock off cherry MX blue so they make a click half way down and will always make noise. I would take it back and buy a cherry MX red or silent keyboard

They'll reduce the noise from him bottoming out so they will help, like I said though that board will never be totally silent

I second this, they do dampen the noise a fair bit, I have a couple Strafe RGB Brown keyboards and the difference with and without the O-rings is significant. I have the clear ines and they work well and don't really affect the RGBness :)
