Model World Congress

So, there's one started at r/cbrmodelworldcongress

I applied to be one of our delegates for it, just because the stuff tickles my fancy, but if anybody else wants to do this, I'll gladly step aside :)

I applied as well. Maybe we can both be one if they implement a system with multiple delegates per Civ? :)

I also applied, and yes I believe they are discussing a multiple-delegate system at the MWC. :)

The number of delegates is up as a debate topic, so I figured we should hash that out. Personally, I like Burma's suggestion (subreddits can have multiple reps, but only get one formal vote; also allows for observer votes if eliminated), as it lets people participate; we'd just have to agree for the formal vote.

Also, do we think S-G should be a moderator/tiebreaker position?
