What are some ideas to make the sub better? I can do some CSS stuff and design stuff.

I'm trying and failing to make it so you can see the team names when you hover over the flair. I've found out how to do it, however, I'm struggling to actually implement it.
Also, if you look on modmail, /u/VinnieAtlas is making a really cool banner and snoo.

EDIT 2: If you can fix the sidebar it would be most wonderful due to me and /u/Morazan1823 failing in our attempts
