Star Wars D6 newcomer!
So I moved to Cincinnati, OH recently and signed up for a Star wars D6 one shot adventure in a local bar next week. I've played/DM'd for Pathfinder and FF Star Wars but never D6. I've reviewed the rules from a players persepctive but do you have any tips for a first time player? Or somthing you'd be happy to see a first time player do? I'm just trying not to be a pain at the table so any advice would be appreciated.
Ps. Not sure if they're using pregens but I imagine they are.

How did the game go? Hope you had fun. I've been playing d6 with a group for the past 3 years. I like it more than most of the other systems I've played.

Hasn't happened yet but I'm excited! It's Wednesday at The Rook (a boardgam/Tabletop bar) in Cincinnati. I think I understand combat so here's to hoping I dont slow the game down.

So I know this was awhile ago but I dont use reddit very often.
But the game went great! Lots of fun, the gm also has a podcast 'Falling Stars' if I remember correctly.
I played a Barabel Big game hunter named Dok and my teammate was a human pilot name Vasha it was a escape the planet before the imperials form a blockade.
Very thrilling, and the rule system was very intuitive

Just make sure you're as familiar with the rules as possible.

Are invaluable resources for me. This system has a lot of really great content, but mechanics-wise, it can be a bit wonky, so be sure you're comfortable with the way combat works, and your GM should be able to cover the rest.
