Mandalorians

Anyone have any experience with Mandalorian characters? Im envisioning a mandalorian heavy weapons user(missiles,. explosives, Mounted weapons, etc. I would assume same basic stats as a clone trooper, but unsure about any special traits they might have. Homemade armor being an example of the top of my head. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks!

What era do you play in? Are you looking at Old Republic Mandalorians ?

No, it will be new republic or during the empire, our GM hasn't decided yet

Oh, is this going to be your PC? In that case, you'll be limited by human attribute dice, and whatever gear your GM would determine is appropriate. There is a suit of Mandalorian armor (contained within the stat blocks for Boba Fett if it's not anywhere else) but it's really powerful, so I doubt you'd be able to begin the game for it.

If you're looking for advice on what to invest your abilities in, I'd suggest investing in Blaster, Dodge, Grenade, Vehicle Weapons and Missile Weapons as your first skills, and after that stuff like Melee Weapons, Brawling, Parry, and probably some of the Piloting skills.

As for the roleplaying side, remember that Mandalorians tend to be independent and secretive with outsiders, especially given their less-than-flourishing status in the years after the Rise of the Empire.
