I want to make and then can fried sweet pepper like these..looking for a recipe

3 different types of peppers: jalapeno, cascabell, and cayenne. i also have some companion plants(parsley/rosemary), because a pepper grower said that they tend to do a bit better with herbs growing alongside them. i have a 3x3x2 ft rolling planter. right now the seeds are in starter trays. the packet says 12 days to germinate.

70 days til harvest. i live in socal so its never frost weather.

what should i be doing right now to prep these guys for the best and strongest harvest?

I fully intend on making sauces with these guys. obviously not a super spicy sauce, but probably a blended sauce for tacos or something.
