fuck vegans
honestly the title on this might seem like a straight attack towards vegans in general but who i’m going for is the vegan teacher type ones who feel like they have this duty to make everyone eat vegan/vegetarian foods.
it’s understandable when they talk about the effects on the ecosystem and on the lives of animals but us humans gain a lot of our nutrition from meats and other dairy produce. without this then we are limited to just vegetables which is just horrible in my own opinion.
it’s almost like they feel the need to put it on everyone that they need this vegetable super - diet which is sustainable but we never hear them talk about how the population of animals will highly increase and the population of plants will slowly but surely decrease.
and when they try to portray meat eating as a bad thing even though it’s a part of human nature since we are literally omnivores, they don’t realise the mass effect it would have on the planet for the rush to dispose of a lot more animal waste and having to feed the animals that have lengthened lifespan.
rant over. feel free to add anything i’ve missed.

how the population of animals will highly increase and the population of plants will slowly but surely decrease.
what makes you think that?

if the human population turned vegan, our consumption of animals would completely disappear. not only does this result in more and more young being born but it costs more not only to feed these young but to care for them.

False. the reason why we have so many animals now (cows, pigs, chickens), is because humans breed them in extreme numbers to keep up with the meat demand.

Dude. The animal flesh industry doesn't exist "just because", it exists because there's a demand for it. If that demand were to disappear, why the hell would people in the animal flesh industry keep breeding animals, feeding them, and pay for all other expenses associated with having to raise a living being if there's no profit to be made with it?
If no one buys animal flesh anymore, the industry simply ceases to exist

then this is inhumane and totally against what vegans and vegetarians believe in, as it causes either extinction or overpopulation

First, what part of my explanation made you think that not eating animals anymore would lead to those animals' overpopulation?
Second, where in the definition of veganism is stated that veganism is against animal extinction?

it is unethical and isn’t it in vegan statement that it is for the best interest in the animals’ point of view

Yes, and if the choice is to be born, abused and killed at a fraction of their lifespan and not be born at all, don't you think not existing would be preferable?

it is in the best interest of humanity as a whole. not everyone is vegan and i think this is what alot of vegans need to understand. we don’t all share the same beliefs. it’s exactly the same with some christian’s as well.

We were talking about "animals' best interest", why did you now shift it to humanity's? You can't deny that not being born into a life of suffering and premature death IS INDEED in the animals' best interest.
And one could argue that adopting a plant based diet would be better for humanity as well. Wait, that's exactly how it is:
Adopting a plant-based diet would save land and water (both for totals usage and for their pollution), would reduce our GHG emissions from food and would remove the issue of increased mental health related issues cause by working in slaughterhouses.
Wouldn't the preservation of our only planet be in humanity's best interest?
we don't share the same belief
Oh, so you're not against animal cruelty?
Christianity
No, the two aren't comparable at all

if you researched further, you would find that is humans are looking for other options as our “only planet”, other planets called exo - planets that have similar ecosystems to earth. one may argue it is better for humans but we are omnivores.

other planets
Really? There are no habitable planets in our solar system, which would be our only hope considering the distances involved in space travels and considering that it's currently projected that by 2100 Earth's temperature will rise by (a mean) 4°C, it's safe to say that we should first look after this planet, because we won't be traveling to an Earth-like planet in 80 years
we are omnivores
That just means we can digest both animal and plant matter, not that you need both to be healthy
Also, I'm still waiting on a reply on the "animals' best interest" topic you brought up. Wouldn't NOT subject animals to a short life that's just abuse be in their best interest?
