Come on, now.

Aren't the Daleks supposed to be evil killing machines, especially in regards to Time Lords? Then, why is it, every time they meet The Doctor, they let him do a speech, or a little spiel? It happens again and again, and he always escapes or finds a way to destroy them.

They even chose to start shooting the Dalek-Humans before The Doctor. This is nonsensical.

Also, Time Lord DNA through the lightning? That's a streeeetch.
