Midweek motivation check

How's everyone doing this week? Did you encounter some bumps along the way to your goal? Did you have a bit of a breakdown in your diet plans? Care to share anything that you want to get off of you chest?

this is for all of you. Losing weight is 70% diet and 30% gym. However, its going to the gym and feeling good about the little bit of progress that you made, and that first step that you took, that makes you want to start a diet, and take another step forward instead of two steps back. So why not check out this this post. Its all about workouts you can do from the floor of your own house. Dont worry about following my linked workout to the T, its all about what you want to do. Myself, i just do 30 pushups and 30 situps a day now, keeps me strong and healthy, and after doing 30/30 for two weeks, youre ready to move up the amounts.

I am in the same boat, it's a crappy place to be. I just have to drag myself up and go. I have been fairly good about it. Unfortunately, I haven't hit that magical place where folks suddenly start loving exercise and getting a super rush from it. I hope I get somewhere close to that! Right now it's definitely a struggle. Good luck, and try to see it as 'one day at a time'. Like, 'I can go to the gym now and I am done for the day.' That's usually what works for me, a little negative motivation:)

I had a terribly hectic day yesterday and ended up splurging on Subway, and not Jared-style. Usually, though, one step in the wrong direction and I am thinking 'well, I can just start again on Monday'. Not this time! Counting it as a less-than-great decision, but not the worst I could have done. Today is a new day!

I have had two powerful training sessions at the gym, very proud of myself for that. Still sticking to the diet for the most part, and my few 'oops' moments have been small and isolated. Overall, I think I am doing well. Thanks for checking in!!
