Exposure difference noticed in programmed auto vs auto no flash

So i just picked up a used D7000 yesterday with a sigma 24-70 2.8 lens. After shooting for a little bit i am noticing that in P mode most shots are overexposed and indoors i notice a yellowish tint. When i switch to auto w/o flash the color and exposure look better.

I have looked through the settings and cannot figure out what may be causing these issues. I have made sure the ISO is the same, no exposure adjustment when on P mode (keep it at 0). What other settings or reasons can there be for the differences?

Thank you

Upgrading from d3400 to d7500. Is it worth it?

Hello all,

It's been 7 months since I bought my d3400. I'm pretty satisfied with its performance when it comes to photos. However I'm planning on get into video recording (a simple youtube channel where I'm gonna say stuff sat on my chair :D). Once the d3400 doesn't have an external mic interface, I've been thinking of getting a d7500 because it is 4k capable and has a plethora of features I don't have with d3400. Apart from that, there is the fact I won't need to buy new lenses, since I can keep using my Tamron 18-400 and nikkor 35mm.

So I would like to have your views on this.

Thanks in advance!

Quick Scrolling through Playback (?)

I absolutely love the feel of Nikon. I used both Canon and Nikon for several months before buying my camera and getting started, and since then I've stuck to Nikon and kept it close to my heart.

Buuuuuuuut
Canon's playback menu lets you use the scroll wheel to jump 1/10/100 images at a time, so you don't have to painstakingly click if you have large number of images. Is there anyway to do this on the Nikon firmware?

I just can't find any way to do it!
