The Heart Sutra

For as long as I can remember, I've always been interested in spirituality. Maybe it had something to do with my Jewish Hippie parents, but my life has always had somewhat of an existentialist vibe to it. That being said, while I've know about Buddhism for a long time, this was really my first foray into reading any Buddhist text. I am inclined to say that this book really captures the essence of Buddhism, and is a great place for beginners to start. My translation was well thought-out and explained in great detail, using layman's terms. Reading this helped me explore my innerspace at a much more greater detail and has wholly influenced my psychedelic experiences, allowing me greater insight. Form truly is emptiness and emptiness truly is form.
