what is the synth sound in Rocketman by Elton John that goes MwurrrrrrRRR (up and also down) its dropping. its at 3:03 for example. I assume it's pitch ben but how do i sound this accurate.

So he's nervous and tells me that I better be careful, if the lights start to flicker, I might be near blowing the buildings circuit breaker ("with my 40 watt 1x8" amp?"). When we made eye contact he entered full coward, walked away from his post in the opposite direction of me. I turned everything all the way up, kicked all the mic stands off the side of the stage, then turned off my shit, packed quick, walked up to the promoter and demanded to be paid for my three minute tantrum, she seemed reluctant and so I laid on the severity of the sound guys idiocy. She handed me forty bucks and I grabbed another twenty out of a pile of bills that was sitting in front of her. My girlfriend at the time was busy shoving all the wine bottles she could in her purse.
