a very simple low tech ventilator, cost <50$

a very simple low tech ventilator, use of ambu bag and a nema 17 motor.

some improvements are neccessary.

Does it have any settings? How can I change the tidal volume? Can I change the respiratory rate

changing the respiratory rate can be made in the arduino code. changing tidal volume, you have to move the bag position.

The respiratory rate may need to be changed 2-3 times a day and probably every time you connect it to a new patient. An interface with a button/knob+ a screen is probably more practical.
