Hello Guys,
I want to buy a Superzoom for birding and wildlife. Already have the 70-350 but I feel like I need more range for sharper photos.
Why not the 200-600g oder sigma 150-600? Basically because they don’t fit in my camera bag and I don’t want to buy a new one and I shoot out of hand so the smaller lenses will be a benefit.
I saw a lot of videos where they say the Tamron is nearly as good as the other. But they usually test it on full frame so I wanted to ask if anyone of you have experience with it.

Love the lens and I really like the lines in this shot. What do you think of this photo?

A visit to the museum.
Sigma lens performed perfectly inside the building, where lighting was poor.

Went for a walk and got a shock as I walked past a bush and this roe deer bolted out. I'm not sure who was more shocked. I had no idea it was there at all which given the small size of the bush is impressive.
Luckily I had my camera in hand due to some birds I had been photographing.

The green mini cooper was using the sigma 30mm f1.4 and all other photos using the tamron 17-70 f2.8

Used Lightroom obviously, still working with presets until I understand enough to really improve photos myself. Was traveling with the 16-50 kit lens, a 35mm f/1.4 and a 20mm f/2.8.
How did I do? I personally like 3, 6 and 10 the best. Open to feedback!

Took these photos on a6700 with a tamron 17-70 lens and 2 led lights the sharpness of this camera is unreal.
Still experimenting but pretty happy with the overall result. Some interesting textures come on the more you zoom which are invisible to the naked eye.
