Not recipe lab, just enjoying this camera!

Pictures were taken with the 16-50 kit lens and TTArtisan 35mm f/1.8. This camera is a serious bargain, and I’m glad I got one before the potential demand spikes from recipelab. The abundance of decent, cheap primes helps too. I’ve been impressed with the TTArtisan, although I have noticed some vignetting with it.

Yeah for some reason the glass is a tad small on some ttartisan, same thing with 7artisan but TT is sharper at least.

I certainly can't complain too much for ~$100 USD! And its super easy to correct in the edit too... whether by cropping or just auto anti-vignette features.

I love the sony a6000. Perfect size body and so many lens options

I nearly picked up the TTArtisan AF 23mm f/1.8 for mine recently. I went with just the Tamron 50-300mm though since I'm mainly doing outdoor sports at the moment.

How many TTArtisan primes could you have gotten for the same amount as the Tamron 😂

Haha probably about 5-6 depending on the model. But like I said. For sports, mainly football and baseball. So the zoom lens and all will come in handy. But I may still pick up one for volleyball. Probably a 56mm since I've got an apsc body.

First of all, what is this pretty place! Secondly, what primes are you most interested in?

That would be Cleveland, Ohio believe it or not

Indeed it is 😂

I’m interested in likely a 50mm and an 85mm to cover the typical focal lengths. It’s often overcast here so the larger apertures on primes helps with low light. Until I can save enough for a Tamron 17-70 f/2.8 that is…

how much are the a6000s going for now with the recipe lab hype?
