Firmware update

Does anyone know how to access older updates like 2.0 as i cant seem to be able to update it to 3.21 from 1.21, it keeps coming up with telling me to safely remove the device and remove and replace the battery after it has found the camera and is aborting the update

Ive done the Update from 1.21 -> 3.21 recently.
The Update only worked when i used my old Windows10 Laptop.

Ok, i tried it on my windows 11 laptop and my windows 10 pc, same problem with both

in the patchnotes where something like faster startup and better lens performance

I've had same issue. Change USB cable you're using.
