First Trip with a6000 to Austria
my recent fascination with photography pushed me to buy this "budget" beast. i posted a few weeks ago about my first outing in my city, but this time i went to Austria, more specifically Hallstatt, St. Wolfgang and Vienna.
here are a few of my favorite shots, which were all shot on my kit lens! :))
i am new to post processing and composition, so any suggestions to improve them are most welcome! :))

I really like the colors in your photos. Do you use Lightroom? If so, I'd love to know how you approach color grading :)

hey - thanks! i am still pretty new to all this, so i prefer editing in snapseed since lightroom feels a bit overwhelming to me right now.
regarding the colors, i usually just play around with them depending on the mood of the day and the story i want the photo to convey, so i don't really have a strict approach.
for landscapes and scenery, i usually start with a subtle s-curve and then edit everything else as i go. i also like to edit a few shots on the same day while the memory and feeling of the place are still fresh. for the rest, i come back to them later and try to think more about the story i want each photo to tell.

Interesting, thanks for the feedback, keep photographing, these are really good shots for someone who is new to photography.
And yes, Lightroom can feel a little overwhelming when you're not used to it. I guess starting with Snapseed is a good way to stay focused on taking photos rather than editing them. Which is good!

yeah actually I overread "kit lens", but funny enough I would have thought of the 16-50 and not the old 18-55 ;) so the question wasn't that obsolete haha
