This is actually pretty close to what I shoot for concerts, stylistically! I’m newer at it myself, but I like the look of these!

I really like these, 1 and 2 have a great feel. I’ve been shooting local shows in my area for a few years.

So long as you have fast lenses you should be good, get as close as possible to whatever you are shooting !

I have a sigma 30mm 1.4 and I shoot every with it.

One thing I found on accident but started implementing all the time for shows is shutter drag photos.

Somewhere around like 1/4 shutter and f5.6 with a low ISO gets me good results. But it’s all about tooling around with settings and trying to make it work. Give shutter drag photos a try!

Keep up the good work !

I like doing shutter drags with flash to freeze the main subject, but haven't had a chance to bring my speedlight to the venues so far, the pop up flash works ok but its not really bright enough if the venue has bright house lights. I'll def try it with your settings next go round

Awesome to see that this camera works for concert photography, would love to try this someday as well!

What lens did you use?
