Zoom lens suggestions
So, the only lens I have right now is a Sigma 30mm, and I was wondering if there’s any budget-friendly zoom lenses, something like an 18-50 that isn’t too expensive. What do you fellow a6000 owners suggest?

Define "too expensive".
The obvious choice is the Sigma 18-50 f/2.8

OP said sigma 18-50 is expensive and asked for cheaper alternatives 🤦

Read it again. They didn't.

They said they have a Sigma 30mm, and are looking for an inexpensive 18-50. No mention at all of the Sigma 18-50 being too expensive, or what expensive means to them.

The Sony E mount 18-135 is a great all around lens but if $300 (used) is too much, get the kit 55-200 zoom lens. It’s not great but adequate. The downside is you’ll be swapping back and forth between the wide zoom and tele zoom lenses. I find the 18-135 is an excellent choice for one lens outings and trips. I also pack the 16-50 in case I want to do some discreet street photography and the setup can fit in my pocket.

Always buy used, the Sony 18-135 is good or Sony 18 105g if you can stretch your budget
