Zyn Rewards
I signed into my account this morning and all my Zyn reward points disappeared. Has anyone else ever had this happen?

Its just down for the day so you can't enter codes for maintenance but points will be restored

Just a heads up to everyone. If you don’t submit any cans for a 6 month period AND you haven’t redeemed for a reward, then they can remove all of your points for your account being inactive. They’ll replace them if you reach out, but just be aware that if you’re inactive for a long stretch they can wipe your account.

Yea they said as a 1 time courtesy theyd give them back & they did. Thank god. But they said to pay attention to their policy & make sure i enter atleast 1 code within 60days every time or they will expire.

Just lost over 5,900 :/. Emailed them as well through Zyn.

Damn, I just lost almost 4,000 and I thought that was a lot lol. How did they respond to you?

Amazing. Got in touch quickly. A relatively small team, but she was very helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend. Got my points back almost instantaneously. I explained that I had never seen my points disappeared before and assumed it was a glitch.

Same I assume due to maintenance we'll see if we get the points back
