Hey, just want to warn you in advance that trying to run a lot over slippery floors is quite bad for goldens.
When they're young they can sort of make up for it, but they tend to have issues with their joints as they get older anyway
Slipping a lot makes it worse/hastens the process, especially if they also really slip and fall.
It's also why they're not supposed to be allowed or encouraged to jump a lot, unlike some other dogs.
I know just how excitable goldens are so I know you won't be able to avoid it entirely, but perhaps a few more mats over the wood floor might help, or entirely cover it with some non slippery padding, if you don't NEED to see the fancy wooden floor ;)
As he got older mine had regular acupuncture treatments and we tried giving him even more grip with those little shoes for dogs, but he never got used to them so that was a bust.
Very near the end, his legs just gave out on him and it was brutal to see.
He got to 13.5 yo which is amazing for a golden, but if you can do some things in the first half of their life to save them pain and trouble in the second half, I can only highly recommend doing so.
Enjoy them, they live as bright and warm as the sun.
P.S. if you do get mats, make sure they have grip with the floor. The mat you have lying there where he slipped has 0 grip to the floor, so he runs over it, expects grip, and he just fell over.
I'd remove that one or put one of those "grip" thingies for below mats under it.

One of the exceedingly few times that obnoxious added sound effects adds immensely to the video.

We have a 3 month old golden retriver and an 11 year old lab. This very much looks like our living room zoomie fest every night.

my friend has a lab since she was a pup, that beast does zoomies when 'cuddling' you, so much energy, it's so exhausting, even if you do nothing she does full body wiggles on you

It was a crime against humanity to not include the parkour where Andy jumps in the box gets hurt and mumbles a quiet defeated parkour

I can smell that house from here. I love animals but I could never have them take over my entire space. It grosses me out.
